Our visit types

• Direct Primary Care Messaging, $39.99: a secure message visit for a health question or concern.

• Video Care, $59.99: a face-to-face visit with your provider over secure video.

• Weight Management Establish Care (video), $69.99: your first GLP-1 weight management visit, covering your health history, goals and a plan.

• Weight Management Follow-Up (messaging), $99: follow-up visits for established patients needing a refill, including a review of progress, side effects and dosing.

• Men's Health Direct Message, $39.99: discreet care by secure message.

What's included in a visit

Every visit is with Tracee Dahlke, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner licensed in Oregon and Hawaii. Your visit includes the assessment, your plan of care, any prescriptions that are clinically appropriate, and documentation in your secure record. Medications, lab tests and pharmacy costs are separate from the visit fee.

Who we can see

Adults 18 and older who are physically located in Oregon or Hawaii at the time of the visit. More states are coming soon.

How to book
