DahlkeRx is a virtual primary care practice led by Tracee Dahlke, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner licensed in Oregon and Hawaii. We care for adults (18+) who are located in Oregon or Hawaii at the time of their visit, with more states coming soon.

What we offer

  • Primary care by secure messaging: send your health question or concern and get a response from your provider, without a waiting room.

  • Video visits: connect face-to-face with your provider over a secure video link for a full telehealth assessment.

  • GLP-1 weight management: an establish-care video visit to review your history and goals, followed by messaging follow-ups for refills and support along the way.

  • Men's health: discreet, convenient care through direct messaging.

  • Everyday concerns, including common illnesses, women's health and sexual health.

How it works

  1. Choose the visit type that fits your needs and book online through our secure scheduling and records system (Elation).

  2. Complete your intake so your provider has the information needed before your visit.

  3. Meet by secure message or video.

  4. If a prescription is appropriate, it is sent to your pharmacy, and your plan of care is documented in your record.

Simple, transparent pricing

DahlkeRx is a cash-pay practice, so you know the cost before you book: messaging visits from $39.99, video visits $59.99, GLP-1 weight management establish-care visits $69.99, and weight management follow-up visits for refills $99. Current prices are always listed on our Services & Pricing page.

Good to know

Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Prescriptions are written only when clinically appropriate. In Hawaii, DahlkeRx does not prescribe controlled substances.

We are closed on all major holidays.
