Hello, I am Tracee Dahlke, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, the founder of DahlkeRx Telehealth & Wellness.

DahlkeRx was born from a fundamental belief: healthcare should be personal, accessible, and deeply connected to patients—even when the consultation is virtual.
​
For me, this mission is a reflection of my own life story.
​
Oregon is where I was raised and where my heart resides. It is the place where I built my clinical career, built my family, and eventually established myself as a Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of PMA MED SPA®.
​
However, Hawaii has also played a defining role in who I am.
​
During my years living in the islands for college, I formed a profound bond with the culture, the people, and the unique sense of community. That spirit stayed with me long after I returned to the mainland, and Hawaii remains a place I consider home.
​
Eventually, these two chapters of my life converged to inspire the creation of DahlkeRx.
​

During my decades in the medical field, I have witnessed the many hurdles patients face when trying to access simple, effective healthcare.

My Medical Background
My entry into the world of medicine was unconventional, and that is a perspective I value highly.
​
My academic journey began in fashion at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and included a dance scholarship to Hawaii Pacific University. These creative beginnings eventually led me to healthcare, where I discovered my true calling.
​
I progressed through every level of nursing—from LPN to RN and BSN—before earning my credentials as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Those years of diverse, hands-on experience define how I practice today.
​
I believe you deserve a provider who sees you as a whole person, not just a number on a schedule, and who takes the time to explain every option available to you.
