Book your appointment through Elation EMR. You can select from our various appointment types, including Direct Care, Video Care, or specialized consultations like GLP-1 Weight Loss.
What are the visit fees?
Visit fees vary by service: $39.99 for Direct Care (asynchronous messaging), $59.99 for Video Care, and $69.99 for GLP-1 or Phentermine Weight Loss consultations.
How do I receive prescriptions?
When medically appropriate, prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy. For weight-loss medications like Zepbound®, you may be directed to LillyDirect Pharmacy for separate medication purchase.
Are there any age restrictions?
DahlkeRx provides telehealth care for adults ages 18 and older. Pediatric care is not currently available through our virtual platform.
How do I manage my billing?
Payment is processed through Elation EMR. You can view your appointment history and billing details directly within the Elation platform for your convenience.
